Bradley Original Smoker, Black

Bradley Original Smoker, Black

From Bradley Smoker

The Original Bradley Smoker hot smokers, cold smokes and roasts to perfection. Unique smoke without fire system operates for up to 8 hours without refueling.

I’ve owned this smoker over a year now and smoke something in it almost every weekend. If you love jerky and homemade smoked sausages it will pay for itself in no time. It’s very easy to manage the amount of smoke you want, you virtually turn the smoke off and on. The electric element makes managing the desired temperature a breeze, too. Heck with the smoke turned off and vents wide open you can even dehydrate food in it! Also, with all the shelves in it, I’ve used it as a warming oven when having a big meal with a lot of people here.
I love this thing.

Weber 758001 22-1/2-Inch One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill, Blue

Weber 758001 22-1/2-Inch One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill, Blue

From Weber

Weber’s One-Touch Gold kettle grill is a great buy for anyone looking for a classic model with a few convenient extras. The design is sleek. The results are delicious. As with all Weber grills, this kettle’s lid and bowl are constructed of premium porcelain-enameled steel–which means not only does heat radiate evenly, but the grill will survive if it’s left out in the rain. The cooking surface (22-1/2 inches in diameter) is big enough to accommodate six large steaks, twice as many burgers, or up to a dozen kebabs, and the grill’s classic kettle shape keeps flare-ups to a minimum.

This is a great grill! I have cooked chicken, steaks, ribs, meatloaf, brats all with great results! This grill also cooks better in windy conditions than the One Touch Silver.

Weber 40020 Smokey Joe Gold Charcoal Grill

Weber 40020 Smokey Joe Gold Charcoal Grill

From Weber

Perfect for cookouts, tailgate parties, or car camping, Weber’s Smokey Joe Gold grill is the classic traveling grill. With its 14-1/2-inch-diameter grate, the Smokey Joe Gold easily cooks three steaks at a time or twice as many burgers. The porcelain-enameled bowl and lid resist rust and deliver even heat. When it’s down, the lid lock doubles as a lid holder, letting you slide the lip out of the way while you cook. And, when the feast is done, simply fasten the lid lock over the top handle, pick up, and go. As an added bonus, Weber throws in a 31-page owner’s guide filled with cooking tips and time-tested recipes for grilling everything from pork chops to bratwurst to Cornish hens.

This is Joe Gold # 2. Wore out the first one. Full time rv’er so the grill gets a bunch of use. Love the draft controls on the side instead of the bottom draft. New model has a molded plastic handle which is better that the old wood handle (cracked and pretty much used up.). Don’t bother purchasing any other brand for charcoal grilling as this one is a keeper.

Weber, 22-1/2″, Black, Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker, Includes Thermometer, Improved Heat Resistant Nylon Handle, Porcelain On Steel Smoker Has 2 Heavy, Bright Nickel Plated 22-1/2″ Cooking Grates, Porcelain On Steel Water Pan With Increased Capacity, Rus

Everything it’s supposed to be. Good fit and finish, good seal on door and joints and no complaints. Two minor issues and other people had the same experience. First, the charcoal grill does interfere with the lower vent disc tang which protrude through the vent holes. I fixed this by bolting on a small angle brace elevating the grill about 1/2″. Secondly, my water bowl had a poor finish on bottom and I will be asking weber for a new one
It cooked exceedingly well and I am pleased.

Weber 386002 Q-100 Portable Gas Grill

Weber 386002 Q-100 Portable Gas Grill

From Weber

As the daylight lingers longer each day, the more carnivorous folk start salivating in anticipation. Barbecue season approaches, liberating meat lovers from the less-flavorful pan-fried steak or bland poached chicken breasts. Likewise, the vegetarians in the family rejoice in the prospect of grilled summer squash or roasted beets and corn, rather than settling for another head of iceberg lettuce and canned beans. For juicy burgers and veggie kabobs at home or at the lake, industry leader Weber offers their portable Q-100 gas grill. The propane grill employs an 8,500-BTU stainless-steel burner to heat its 189-square-inch cooking area.

I really didn’t expect much from this grill since I had already been dissapointed with Webers Go Anywhere gas unit. I must say the cast iron grate makes all the difference. Very even heat and excellent grill marks. First thing I cooked on it was a big sirloin and fresh potato wedges and it came out wonderful. I’m mostly a charcoal guy but I bought this becase I’m a grilling fanatic and wanted something for weekday meals when charcoal is too time consuming. I highly recommend this grill you won’t be dissapointed. It is very well built and you can fit enough food for about 6 people so don’t let the small size fool you. Take a chance and order you will be happy you did. Great portable grill that is going to replace my big grill at home as well.

I did a lot a research and read a lot of reviews before purchasing the Webber gas grill. I was skeptical about spending that much money on a grill, but I was tired of replacing cheaper grills every 2 – 3 years. I grill all year around and at least 3 times a week. I am glad I spent the money. The assembly took about 2 hours but was not difficult and all of the pieces fit great. This is a qulity constructed grill and it cooks great with even heat and heats up fast, even in my cold climate. Flare ups are almost non existant. Buy the webber, you will not be disappointed.

Weber 841001 22 1/2-Inch Performer Charcoal Grill with Touch-N-Go Propane Ignition, Black

Weber 841001 22 1/2-Inch Performer Charcoal Grill with Touch-N-Go Propane Ignition, Black

From Weber

Many outdoor chefs swear by charcoal for the smoky, old-school flavor it lends to meat–but no one likes the mess or the hassle of starting the coals, or the chemical aftertaste that lighter fluid can leave. The Performer’s Touch-n-Go ignition system uses liquid propane to light charcoal briquets with just the touch of a button. Once the coals are white-hot, you’re ready to cook. Even cleaning up afterwards won’t get your hands dirty, thanks to Weber’s patented One-Touch cleaning system–a simple sweep of a lever pushes ashes into a removable catch pan for quick and easy disposal.

Fully portable in the backyard, unlike the tripod type. The working area table is just the touch one looks for in a true charcoal grill that is not available with other model charcoal burners. The added convenience and clean burning startup gas adapter provides a pure charcoal taste with no petro-chemical taste effect. Add the charcoal bag holder temp guage and you have a great package without having to go to a gas grill.

Weber 721001 Smokey Mountain Cooker 18-1/2-Inch Smoker

Weber 721001 Smokey Mountain Cooker 18-1/2-Inch Smoker

From Weber

There’s nothing better than slow-cooked barbecue, and there’s no better way to get authentic smokehouse flavor at home than with this charcoal smoker. An updated version of the Weber 2820, the smoker provides a spacious interior, which makes it possible to cook a whole turkey and an entire ham at the same time–perfect for large gatherings. Made of porcelain-enameled premium-grade steel, the smoker provides two, heavy, nickel-plated cooking grates that measure 18-1/2 inches in diameter–plenty of room for larger birds. A porcelain-enameled steel water pan adds steam to the cooking process, so meats stay moist and juicy. Even more, individual vents on the bowl and lid offer optimal air-flow control for tender meats and longer-burning charcoal, the heat-resistant nylon handle on the lid stays cool to the touch, and a handy thermometer makes it simple to check internal temperatures at a glance. The charcoal smoker measures approximately 19 by 19 by 41 inches and carries a 10-year limited warranty.

Purchased this smoker to replace the previous Weber version (model 2820), which I enjoyed for several years. Used the new one on arrival to smoke the Christmas turkey, and it worked like a champion. Two major improvements I noticed were increased water pan capacity, and the new, larger door, which makes adding charcoal and water easier. I recommend this smoker.
